Holy Yoga was a beautiful physical and mental break that gave me the rare opportunity to unwind from life and take a real break. And with worship music playing, the ability to connect with God was tangible. The stretching and posing also made me feel like I was doing something good for my body, and it provided a relaxing and replenishing physical release. As a working mom, the time I spent in Holy Yoga was precious…I had no idea how much I needed it.
